I personally enjoyed reading this book. In it the authors discuss the subject of sexual temptation and provide the reader with measurable steps that can be taken to live a life of Christ like purity. This book would be a great read for pastors, counselors, and any man that wants to more clearly understand how sexual strongholds are formed in the mind and how they can be broken.
A very good book explaining and helping with a major issue in our society. It opens self examination, provides help . Thank you.
All of the Tim Clinton material I have read is outstanding. Very insightful and ahead of its time.
This is a very helpful, clear, and action packed handbook that every man needs to read and study (and hopefully work through with other guys).
The main strength of this book is that it helps you come to accept your life story, and help you understand your failures in light of God's grace and forgiveness. The true power of sin in our lives is that it brings us down into the bondage of shame and defeat, which leads to more sin. But, as this book shows, God really wants us to be free of this shame, accept that we are sinner, so that we can come to understand that He sent his son to die for sinner like us! And once we do, victory is possible!
The authors stress how important it is to start thinking and living differently, in order to have a different life. I hope you buy and study this book and that you find it as helpful as I did.
